THE FALLOUT was suspended, and the account screen showed a possible “Spam & Phishing” category. I appealed that day and asked Substack to tell me what conduct caused the suspension.

Substack removed THE FALLOUT. I still do not know what account or conduct it says was mine.
Substack suspended my publication on June 9, 2026. The next day, Standards & Enforcement told me the action concerned alleged block or ban circumvention rather than anything I had published.
Substack later said “system-level evidence” linked multiple accounts to one operator, but the responses I received did not name those accounts or show me the conduct it attributed to me. I have been asking for enough information to answer what Substack says I did.
What I am asking Substack to do
Reopen the review and show me the account or conduct Substack says was mine, so I can answer the allegation. If the evidence does not support the suspension, restore THE FALLOUT.

Standards & Enforcement told me the action was not about the content of my publication or allegations about my reporting. It said the issue was activity identified as circumventing blocks or bans.
Substack upheld the suspension and said “system-level evidence” linked multiple accounts under the same operator. The response did not identify the accounts it said were linked to me.
Substack told me the determination was final and said it would not respond to further inquiries. I was still left without the account names or conduct I had been asking to see.
One current rule is worth reading directly. Substack’s Content Guidelines now say not to create accounts “for the sole purpose of circumventing boundaries like blocks and bans imposed by other users.” The current page is dated July 20, 2026, after my suspension, so I am not presenting it as the exact policy version Substack used on June 9. The wording does make the unanswered question plain: which account did Substack attribute to me, and what showed that it was created for that purpose? Read Substack’s current rule.
